Role Overview:

Electrical Manager to oversee the installation of a 380 KV Gas Insulated Substation (GIS). He /She shall have extensive experience in highvoltage substation projects ensuring all activities meet the highest standards of safety quality and efficiency.

What will you do

• Site Management: Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of the substation Site during  installation and commissioning.
• Technical Oversight: Supervise the installation of electrical equipment including transformers circuit breakers and control systems ensuring compliance with design specifications and industry/ Client standards.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure the quality and reliability of installations. Address any issues promptly to maintain project integrity.
• Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce strict Linxon and Client safety protocols to protect personnel and equipment. Ensure all activities comply with relevant safety regulations and standards.
• Coordination: Collaborate with design engineers subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Facilitate effective communication and problemsolving.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of installation activities test results and project progress. Prepare detailed reports for management and regulatory bodies.
• Training and Supervision: Provide guidance and training to installation teams ensuring they are wellequipped to perform their tasks efficiently and safely.
• Commissioning: Oversee the commissioning process including testing and validation of all systems to ensure they are fully operational and meet performance criteria.

Experience and Education Required:

• 10 Years experience in EHV 380 KV GIS Substations projects including Civil Construction.
• Master or bachelors degree in an electrical engineering from an accredited university.
• Project Management Certification or a PMP certification is not mandatory but preferred.
• Experience With the major Clients in KSA  SEC ARAMCO and Royal Commission
• Experience in risk mitigation & opportunity management.
• Proven track record of management of largescale multimillionSAR projects
• C1 or C2 permit holder is a plus
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems substation components and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills.
• Familiar with project management and planning software and tools.
• This position requires working onsite at the substation location with occasional travel to project meetings and stakeholder consultations.
• The role involves exposure to highvoltage equipment and requires adherence to strict safety protocols.
