We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Supervisor Engineer to join our team in TabukNeom Saudi Arabia. In this role you will oversee and manage onsite activities performed by the general contractor. As a key member of the project management team you will ensure all mechanical engineering work is executed to meet project specifications quality standards and timelines.
- Supervise and monitor the general contractors onsite mechanical work to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with the project management team to address site challenges and ensure smooth project execution.
- Review and approve work progress ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and provide technical guidance as needed.
- Prepare and submit site activity reports to project management.
- Identify and resolve issues that may impact project schedules or quality.
- Plan coordinate and oversee mechanical engineering projects from conception to completion
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations quality standards and industry best practices
- Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for mechanical systems
- Prepare and present technical reports proposals and presentations to stakeholders
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering required
- Minimum 9 years of experience in mechanical engineering with a focus on industrial machinery and equipment
- Proven supervisory experience in engineering projects
- Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles manufacturing processes and system design
- Excellent project management skills including budget and resource allocation
- Indepth understanding of quality control and assurance methodologies
- Thorough knowledge of safety regulations and standards in the mechanical engineering field
- Outstanding problemsolving and troubleshooting abilities
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including technical report writing
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
- Willingness to travel within the region as required
- Ability to work on night shift
