Job Description:
The Lead Full Stack Engineer / Senior Manager (L5) is responsible for managing a diverse and complex suite of medium to large projects while demonstrating indepth business knowledge and subject matter expertise. This role requires making strategic decisions using creative and innovative approaches to drive competitiveness and success within the business unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and maintenance of software applications and systems including designing coding testing and deploying fullstack solutions.
- Manage multiple projects and project teams simultaneously while ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure project success and seamless integration of software solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers providing technical leadership and knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in software engineering to enhance development processes.
- Ensure software meets the highest standards of quality performance and security.
- Provide software development mentorship and technical leadership to both internal teams and external clients.
- Apply deep industry knowledge to develop solutions tailored to the payment industry and its related software systems.
