Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans
Utilizing various sourcing techniques including social media job boards and networking to attract and engage potential candidates
Analyzing recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and making datadriven improvements
Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding
Managing relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors as needed
Staying updated on industry trends labor market conditions and best practices in talent acquisition
Requirements
5 Years experience in same role.
HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills.
ATS Software experience is a must.
Manufacturing Experience is a must.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Experience in talent acquisition and recruitment.
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Egypt.
advanced degree in Human Resources or related field.
Giza Resident preferred.
