Job Description
Are you ready to lead agile teams and drive innovation Join us at Softxpert and make your mark as a Scrum Master!
- Guide the development team and stakeholders on Scrum principles and practices.
- Remove any blockers hindering squad progress fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Facilitate sprint planning daily standups sprint reviews and retrospectives ensuring effective communication collaboration and decisionmaking within the squads.
- Monitor and track progress ensuring squads are delivering on commitments and meeting sprint goals.
- Encourage the adoption of agile best practices such as testdriven development continuous integration and automated testing.
- Collaborate with squads to ensure a clear understanding of project goals priorities and requirements.
Requirements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor s or master s degree.
- 5 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar agile role.
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies particularly Scrum and experience in applying agile principles and practices.
- Certification in Scrum (e.g. Certified Scrum Master Professional Scrum Master) is Required.
- Excellent facilitation coaching and leadership skills with the ability to guide and inspire teams.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong problemsolving and conflictresolution abilities with a focus on promoting collaboration and finding solutions.
