  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as release planning sprint planning daily standups sprint reviews and retrospectives to ensure all teams are productive and time boxed.
  • Streamline the delivery process and assist teams in removing obstacles to ensure smooth operations and ontime delivery.
  • Coach and guide the scrum team to drive continuous improvement.
  • Communicate project status risks and dependencies to senior management and stakeholders to facilitate informed decisionmaking and maintain alignment with business goals.
  • Ensure the scrum team adopts Agile principles to enhance collaboration adaptability and continuous delivery of value.
  • Build project KPIs to be shared with the Software Development Managers and track the actual project progress vs forecast based on KPIs to stay aware of the progress and take corrective actions if needed.
  • Own the release Management of all products to ensure the smooth and timely delivery.
  • Ensure Stakeholder alignment at all times & Team Motivation to promote a collaborative environment that drives project success and team satisfaction.
  • Drive Process maturity and act as a change agent to enhance and mature agile processes within the team.
  • Keep track of Impediments and resolutions to boost productivity and ensure project goals are met.
  • Help the team achieve the selfmanaged/organized stage to foster a culture of accountability collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Create and work on the definition of done and the definition of ready for everything related to delivery.


Requirements

  • BSc in Computer Science Engineering or relevant major.
  • 8 years of experience in Scrum Master at least 1 year experience leading a team.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing Agile practices.
  • Proficiency in Agile Management Tools.
