Job Title: Master Planning Engineer
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Master Planning Engineer to join our Design Section. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of relevant experience in Master Planning particularly with largescale urban and regional development projects. The Master Planning Engineer will be responsible for designing planning and overseeing urban development projects ensuring the integration of sustainable infrastructure and landuse strategies.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and contribute to the development of comprehensive Master Plans for urban and regional projects.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment between design planning and infrastructure development.
- Create and refine landuse plans integrating urban design principles and infrastructure systems.
- Utilize GIS AutoCAD and other planning and modeling tools to prepare and present planning solutions.
- Conduct feasibility studies and assess the environmental economic and social impacts of development proposals.
- Prepare detailed reports presentations and recommendations for stakeholders and clients.
- Ensure compliance with local planning regulations zoning laws and sustainability standards.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Urban Planning Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in Master Planning with a focus on largescale urban and regional projects.
- Skills:
- Strong proficiency in urban design landuse planning and infrastructure development.
- Expertise in GIS AutoCAD and other planning and modeling software.
- Solid understanding of zoning regulations environmental impact assessments and sustainability principles.
- Strong proficiency in urban design landuse planning and infrastructure development.
- Additional Attributes:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex plans clearly and effectively.
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
