الوصف الوظيفي
- To ensure prompt and efficient implementation of the firefighting procedure and firefighting equipment facilities in line with the statutory requirements International standards and company's firefighting related policies and procedures to ensure facilities and assets are protected.
- To inspect and maintain firefighting equipment and conduct fire drills demonstrations and training of employees to have an effective firefighting system in place ensure that the fire system are compliance with the codes and standards.
Key Accountabilities:
- Design and maintain detection equipment alarm Systems and extinguishing devices and systems
- Supervision installation maintenance for manual and Automatic fire suppression systems
- Inspection and Reporting and recording
- Fire Drills
- Training and Emergency Response Procedure Communication
- Statement and Reports
- Emergency Response Procedures
- Operational readiness
- Fire Risk Management
- Incident Investigation
Min Qualifications and Experience:
- Fire Engineering Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 10 years' experience in an industrial firefighting role.
- Thorough Knowledge of NFPA codes and Standards.
Job Specific Skills:
- Expert technical knowledge in firefighting equipment standards.
- Professional technical expertise in firefighting principles and concepts.
- Leadership attributes Integrity
- Foam system characteristics specifications and mode of operation.
- Firewater pumps assurance and functional testing.
- Expertise in emergency response.
- Analytical thinking Problem solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
