Management of the Brand Specialists team in the field of hematooncology. Includes: coaching coaching accompanying and development of the team implementation of the marketing strategies in the field identification and leveraging of business opportunities proactive planning of the field while deepening the partnership with the experts concentration of the insights and maximizing the work with the product managers in the field. Building cycles for the third year central partnership in Brand Teams working with dashboards CLM data analysis and drawing conclusions while implementing the ACE methodology
As Brand Manager:
The Brand Manager is heading the brand planning process and responsible for analyzing the market landscape and the collection of the cross market insights that will serve as the fundament for the Brand Strategy. The BM in collaboration with the brand team will lead the evolution of commercial campaigns advertising and marketing material as well as various other marketing efforts such as potential disease awareness activities events congresses etc. The BM is the creator and ambassador of the brand story both externally and internally.

Qualifications :
Requirements for TL :
Bachelors degree in life sciences or another scientific degree MBA a significant advantage.
At least 3 years of experience in managing a current sales team from a pharmaceutical company is a must experience in product management is possible. Significant experience in Sales methodologies training training representatives / Brans Specialist in a dynamic and competitive environment.
Leadership and leadership ability strategic thinking and the ability to translate strategies into actions in the field while properly prioritizing and guiding the team. Business understanding original thinking along with connecting to numbers and business results teamwork and excellent interpersonal skills ability to communicate and influence and create relationships high learning ability mental flexibility and quick adaptation to changes oriented to achievements and results in the field good analytical ability working with dashboards and data analysis digital.
