United Feed Co. is seeking a professional and highly organized Personal Assistant to join our team. As a leading agricultural company we are dedicated to providing quality feed products to our customers. The Personal Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our executives and ensuring smooth operations within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain schedules appointments and travel arrangements
Conduct research and compile data for various projects and presentations
Prepare and organize reports documents and correspondence
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate meetings conferences and events
Monitor and respond to emails and phone calls on behalf of the manager
Assist with project management and follow up on tasks and deadlines
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing copying and data entry
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in English business administration or a related field
23 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
Proactive and able to anticipate the needs of executives
Detailoriented and able to produce accurate work under tight deadlines
Professional and polished appearance and demeanour
