Location:

We are currently seeking a Hotel Manager for our property in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. Jeddah is a bustling city known for its rich history beautiful beaches and vibrant culture. It is a prime location for both business and leisure travelers making it an exciting and dynamic place to work.

Contract Details:

This is a fulltime position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and diverse team and to make a significant impact on the success of our property.

Position Overview:

As the Hotel Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service and satisfaction. You will lead a team of dedicated staff and work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth running of all hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including front desk housekeeping food and beverage and maintenance

Ensure that all hotel policies and procedures are followed and maintained

Monitor and analyze financial performance and develop strategies to improve profitability

Develop and implement marketing and sales plans to increase occupancy and revenue

Train and mentor staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards

Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers vendors and other partners

Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner

Conduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations to ensure high levels of productivity and efficiency

Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards

Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for improvements to enhance guest experience

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Hotel Management or related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management preferably in a luxury property

Strong leadership and communication skills

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Proven track record of achieving financial targets and delivering exceptional guest experiences

Knowledge of hotel management software and systems

Fluency in English both written and verbal is required. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
