Description
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Principal Product Designer to lead and elevate the digital design of our products. As a key member of our new product department you will be responsible for crafting a seamless and usercentric design experience across all our digital products.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the digital design vision and strategy for our products ensuring alignment with product goals and user needs.
- Conduct user research and translate user insights into actionable design solutions.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system that promotes design consistency and efficiency.
- Create highfidelity mockups prototypes and user interfaces (UIs) that are visually appealing intuitive and userfriendly.
- Collaborate closely with product managers engineers and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Mentor and guide junior designers fostering a culture of design excellence within the team.
- Stay uptodate on industry trends and best practices in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design.
- Advocate for usercentered design principles within the organization.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- 57 years of experience in product design or a related field with a proven track record of shipping highquality digital products.
- Strong portfolio showcasing experience in designing user interfaces for web and/or mobile applications.
- Indepth understanding of usercentered design principles and methodologies
- Excellent communication collaboration and presentation skills.
- Experience working in a crossfunctional product development environment.
- Proficiency in design tools and design systems thinking.
- A passion for creating beautiful and functional digital experiences.
