Manage existing and new client relationships and be responsible for executing the endtoend client recruiting process. The Key Account Manager will develop retain and grow client relationships to ensure a high level of quality service and satisfaction. With this responsibility the Account Manager will also work closely with an internal recruiting team and provide consistent guidance in order to achieve recruiting success.
Responsibilities:
- Client Management Ideally Oil & Gas client experience.
- Manage accounts of all sizes by representing MSI externally with clients and internally through recruiting team oversight.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the clients’ position in the market their hiring needs and strategy.
- Manage client input to effectively launch candidate searches with detailed direction and timelines.
- Establish and build strong working relationships with business leaders at all levels.
- Manage daytoday client communication and ongoing relationships as it relates to current new and upcoming search opportunities.
- Prepare candidate presentation gather client feedback schedule interviews perform postinterview followups as well as manage and close offers.
- Represent internal recruiting team to present qualified candidates and guide them through the process.
- As necessary visit clients attend tradeshows and other industry events to capitalise on networking and relationship building opportunities.
- Provide recruiting team with ample direction and support to identify a pipeline of talent for assigned roles.
- Execute job kickoffs including full client download research and direction of sourcing strategy.
- Direct Recruiter sourcing priorities through consistent communication of job status client feedback and upcoming client needs.
- Account Retention and Growth.
- As needed present proposals for new business opportunities with existing or new client prospects.
Experience:
- Previous experience within Oil & Gas Petrochemical Chemical or Power & Utilities industries.
- Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fastpaced work environment.
- Ability to effectively communicate with client leaders of all levels. (CLevel down to entry level support roles)
- Ability to work independently and manage personal and team member time keeping deliverables and deadlines.
- Strong writing phone and presentation skills.
- Maintain up to date records on the MSI ATS/CRM
