Position: Business Development Manager- WFH - Ppl Dynamic Qatari based Consulting Company islooking out for a Business Development Manager from the Recruitmentindustry for Middle level and Senior Level Positions for UAElocation. Candidate should be on freelance or Husband or Wife Visa. This option is work from Home as Our Company does not have aOffice Presence in UAE .Identifyingpotential clients and markets for the recruitmentservices. Building and maintaining strongrelationships with clients and understanding their hiringneeds. Developing and implementing strategiesto attract new clients. Collaborating with therecruitment team to ensure client requirements aremet. Negotiating contracts and agreements withclients. Keeping uptodate with industry trendsand market conditions. Providing regularreports and updates to management on business developmentactivities and progress. A successful BDM in the recruitment industry in the UAE would need to have astrong understanding of the local market excellent communicationand negotiation skills and a proven track record in businessdevelopment.
