To document/record information maintain files process all paperwork and to perform day to day administrative tasks.

To coordinate with others to receive or submit regular reports / forms in time.

To arrange coordinate meetings / conferences as required.
Preparing daily report and cumulative monthly report and forwards to main office.
Preparing timesheet overtime sheet timecard and ERP requests Portal requisitions and send to H.R.D after signature.
To maintain and modify the filing system.
Attend trainings related to portal and ERP.

Bachelor in degree disciplinary
5 Years Experience in Relevant field
Communication Skills
Well versed in English Language
Interpersonal Skills
Computer Skills
Knowledge of company Procedures
Clerical & Administrative Procedures & Systems
