Product Manager - Merchant Tools

About the Job

Will work closely with Accept’s merchant and consumer-facing teams (sales, account management, support, partnerships) and engage with our merchants, partners and end consumers directly where appropriate to understand and improve how our customers interact with the product.

Job Description (Expected tasks):

‘Owns’ the Merchant Tools area of Accept’sproductdevelopment, which includes merchant dashboard, payment links, payment terminal (POS machine), payment method integrations & experiences:

• Continuous improvement of dashboard used by merchants to monitor their transactions and transfers, including proposing new features
• Payment links which allow merchants to send a virtual checkout page to customers
• Payment terminal which provide a POS machine accepting multiple payment methods for merchants in store
• Adding and enhancing payment methods available within Accept, aiming to provide more value to merchants and end consumers

- Responsible for end-to-endproductdevelopment including:

• ProductResearch/gathering input:Researching competitors and market best practices, working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and analyzing data to propose new features
• Prioritizing:Assess each proposed feature to set KPIs and determine pipeline priorities for yourproductarea (in coordination withproductlead to align with overall business strategy)
• Productplanning:including user journeys, documentingproductrequirements, working with designer for front-end user experience, preparing any phasing required, testing plans.
• Implementation:Liaising with developers to provide any additional input needed during development and completing UAT with stakeholders
• Roll-out & Feedback:Liaising with relevant teams to ensure all users understand new features, monitoring impact of new feature vs KPIs and gathering feedback to inform ongoingproductdevelopment
