REGIONAL TALENT ACQUISITION PARTNER

• Aggressively and creatively source, recruit, pre-screen, assess and present top-quality candidates for hiring managers within an appropriate and consistent timeline
• Partner with hiring managers to build effective sourcing and recruitment strategies, assessments, and closing approaches to manage candidate/manager expectations through a thorough understanding the business needs of each Country Office in MENA
• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting. Build networks to find qualified passive candidates
• Ensure hiring process is effective and efficient for the new employee and hiring managers by reviewing background checks, preparing offer letters in a timely manner, and responding to candidates not selected
• Partner to co-ordinate New Hire orientation with Country Office HR Teams and the Regional Senior HR Officer
