Customer Service and Reservation Agent
Requirements:
Fluent English speakers.
Grads Dropouts and Gap year students without any commitments.
Start Date: Immediately.
Years of Experience: 1 year.
Males and Females.
Egyptians only.
Job Details and Conditions:
Work from home.
2 days off. Required to work every other weekend
Working Hours: Two fixed shifts Morning Shift: 9am to 6pm After Shift: 12:30pm to 9:30pm.
Package & Benefits:
Net salary: 14k 30% Kpis bonus (Commitment and attendance)
Responsibilities and Duties:
Manage inbound enquiries via multiple channels and respond appropriately following company guidelines.
Prepare quotations and make reservations for our members.
Research and provide recommendations for travel accommodation and activities.
Propose alternative solutions if the members desired product or service is not available.
Upsell additional products and services.
Market our offers and promotions to members.
Update the company website with the latest information products and offers from our suppliers.
Undertake price comparisons to check the performance of our website versus other booking websites.
General office administration.
