Job Title: Workshop Manager
Location: Moshi Kilimanjaro Tanzania
Salary: $700 $800 (USD)

Our client a leading auto works and tire center in Moshi Kilimanjaro is looking for an experienced and resultsoriented Workshop Manager to lead their operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic industry in one of East Africas most scenic locations.

Role Responsibilities
The Workshop Manager will:
- Oversee daytoday operations of the workshop ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Lead and motivate a team of technicians and staff to deliver toptier service.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by upholding high service standards.
- Manage workshop budgets inventory and performance metrics.
- Maintain adherence to safety and compliance regulations.
Candidate Requirements
To excel in this role you should:
- Have proven experience in workshop management preferably in the automotive or tire industry.
- Be a strong leader with excellent problemsolving and organizational skills.
- Demonstrate fluency in English and Swahili.
- Be a Kenyan national willing to relocate to Moshi Tanzania.
