What You Will Be Doing:
Lead the Business
- Drive the strategic vision and operational management of the property.
- Maximize profitability meet ambitious targets and ensure compliance with local legislation and ethical practices.
- Position the property as a market leader.
Build Your Team
- Recruit develop and inspire a team of passionate hospitality professionals.
- Promote an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture while maintaining strong ties to the local community.
Drive Service Culture
- Deliver guest experiences that exceed expectations across all areas of the property.
- Uphold Accors brand standards and oversee the transformation to a leading hospitality destination.
Qualifications :
- Languages: Fluent in Spanish French (mandatory) and English (Desirable)
- Proven success as a General Manager or senior leader in hospitality ideally with European hospitality brands.
- Strong ethical values responsibility and a collaborative leadership style.
- Commercially savvy with a record of achieving KPIs and driving financial success.
- European nationality or eligibility to work in Morocco preferred.
