Position: Sales Team Leader

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven Sales Team Leader to join our team in Cairo. As the Sales Team Leader you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. You will work closely with our sales and marketing departments to develop and implement effective sales strategies and ensure the team is equipped with the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team of sales representatives providing guidance training and support to help them achieve their individual and team targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
Monitor and analyze team performance providing regular reports to senior management on sales metrics market trends and competitor activities.
Identify new business opportunities and potential clients and work with the team to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns and promotions.
Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary tools resources and training to effectively sell our products and services.
Motivate and incentivize team members to achieve their targets and foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members to help them improve and reach their full potential.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their goals.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Experience in the construction industry or a related field is preferred.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
