Core Competencies:
1. Luxury Branding Expertise:
o Experience managing digital marketing for luxury brands particularly in hospitality or travel.
o Ability to craft and maintain the brands luxury positioning across digital channels.
2. Digital Strategy Development:
o Proven experience in creating executing and optimizing digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms.
o Understanding of current digital marketing trends tools and technologies (SEO SEM social media display advertising email marketing and content marketing).
o Experience in performance marketing (PPC remarketing programmatic advertising).
3. Social Media Mastery:
o Ability to drive engagement growth and brand awareness through Instagram Facebook TikTok LinkedIn and emerging platforms.
o Experience with managing highbudget social media campaigns and using tools like Hootsuite Sprout Social or Buffer.
4. Data Analytics and Optimization:
o Expertise in tracking and reporting using Google Analytics Facebook Insights and other relevant analytics tools.
o Strong understanding of datadriven decisionmaking including A/B testing customer segmentation and ROI analysis.
5. Content Creation and Management:
o Experience in developing highquality digital content that resonates with a luxury target audience.
o Familiarity with working alongside creative teams agencies and influencers to produce campaigns.
o Knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress Adobe Experience Manager) and proficiency in copywriting and content creation for websites blogs and emails.
6. Luxury Market Knowledge:
o Understanding of highnetworth individual (HNWI) behaviors particularly in the luxury travel and lifestyle sectors.
o Familiarity with markets targeting GCC travelers and international segments like Europe the UK and the US.
Qualifications
Professional Experience:
1. Hospitality and Tourism Experience:
o Minimum of 35 years of experience in digital marketing ideally in luxury hospitality or tourism.
o Experience in launching and marketing premium experiences events and bespoke services.
2. Multiproperty Experience:
o Proven experience managing digital marketing efforts for multiple properties or a cluster setup balancing unique property needs with cohesive brand strategies.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Educational Background:
o Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field.
2. Certifications:
o Google Ads Google Analytics HubSpot or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
3. Language Proficiency:
o Fluency in English is essential. Arabic proficiency is highly advantageous.
4. Soft Skills:
o Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
o Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deliver results under pressure.
