Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and creative Project Manager to lead the development of a comprehensive branding identity for our new marketplace application Bathaka.com. The project manager will oversee the entire branding process coordinating with freelancers and internal teams to ensure the delivery of a cohesive and highquality brand identity. This is a temporary onemonth engagement with clear milestones and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Development Oversight:
- Manage the creation of the Bathaka.com brand identity including logo design color schemes typography and visual elements.
- Coordinate with freelancers for design content creation and marketing materials.
- Collaboration & Coordination:
- Liaise between internal stakeholders and external freelancers (designers copywriters etc.).
- Ensure consistent communication and alignment between all parties to keep the project on track.
- Brand Guidelines:
- Develop a comprehensive brand guideline document detailing logo usage colors fonts visual elements tone of voice etc.
- Ensure all branding assets are consistent with the overall brand vision and marketplace industry standards.
- Marketing Collaterals:
- Oversee the creation of various marketing materials including but not limited to:
- Social media templates
- Brochures
- Flyers
- Email templates
- Digital advertisements
- Brand Story Development:
- Create a compelling brand narrative that aligns with the mission and vision of Bathaka.com and appeals to the target audience.
- User Interface (UI) Branding Integration:
- Work closely with UI designers to ensure that branding elements are properly integrated into the web and mobile applications.
- Coordinate and liase between the stakeholders and the system developer to revise the current UI and functionality
- Documentation & Tutorials:
- Produce technical onboarding materials and brandrelated tutorials for internal teams and external partners.
- Project Milestones & Deliverables:
- Develop a timeline with key milestones and ensure all deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
- Reporting & Feedback:
- Provide weekly updates to Futads leadership on project progress challenges and upcoming tasks.
Key Milestones:
- Week 1:
- Kickoff meeting with stakeholders.
- Complete project timeline and assignment of tasks to freelancers.
- Finalize the creative brief for logo and initial design elements.
- Week 2:
- Review initial logo concepts and branding elements.
- Begin drafting brand guidelines and initiate work on marketing collateral design.
- Align with UI/UX team to incorporate branding into web and mobile apps.
- Week 3:
- Finalize the logo and visual identity.
- Complete marketing materials and promotional assets.
- Prepare technical tutorials and brandrelated documentation.
- Week 4:
- Review and finalize all deliverables.
- Hand off the complete brand package including guidelines story collateral and UI branding assets.
- Postproject review and feedback collection.

- Branded assets for the website and mobile app.
- Technical Tutorials & Onboarding:
- Stepbystep tutorials for internal and external users on brand usage.
- Onboarding materials for partners using Bathaka.com branding.
- Brand Story:
- Narrative highlighting Bathaka.coms vision mission and market position.
Tools and Platform Access for Project Manager
To help the project manager efficiently meet the project milestones the following tools and platforms will be provided:
1. Design and Branding Tools:
- Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign):
- For logo design marketing collateral creation and visual identity development.
- Figma or Sketch:
- For collaboration on UI/UX design elements and integrating branding into the Bathaka.com web and mobile apps.
- Canva Pro:
- For quick creation of social media templates digital brochures and other marketing materials.
2. Project Management Tools:
- Microsoft Projects or LOOP
- For managing tasks tracking project milestones and collaborating with freelancers and internal teams.
- Microsoft Teams :
- For communication with stakeholders and freelancers ensuring realtime updates and discussions.
- Microsoft 365 suite:
- For document collaboration sharing brand guidelines and creating reports.
3. File Sharing and Storage:
- Onedrive:
- For storing and sharing design files brand assets and documentation with the team and freelancers.
4. Marketing and Analytics Tools:
- Mailchimp or HubSpot:
- For creating email templates and managing email marketing campaigns in alignment with the brand identity.
- Hootsuite or Buffer:
- For managing social media accounts and scheduling branded content on various platforms.
6. Brand Management and Documentation:
- Frontify or Brandfolder:
- For storing and managing brand assets guidelines and ensuring consistent usage across all platforms.
- Confluence:
- For documenting the brand story guidelines technical tutorials and onboarding materials.
7. Communication and Collaboration Tools:
- Microsoft Teams:
- For virtual meetings status updates and discussions with freelancers and the internal team.
- Loom:
- For recording walkthroughs or quick tutorials related to brand usage especially for onboarding partners or team members.
8. Freelance Platforms:
- Upwork and Fiverr:
- For hiring and managing freelancers responsible for design copywriting and other marketing collateral tasks.
Job Types: Temporary Contract
Contract length: 1 month
Pay: QAR6000.00 QAR12000.00 per month
