سيتم تحديثك بأحدث تنبيهات الوظائف عبر البريد الإلكترونيThe Business Analyst for Retail Internet Banking plays a critical role in driving the digital transformation of retail banking services. This individual will be responsible for analyzing designing and implementing business solutions within the internet banking domain working closely with stakeholders across technology business and operations to ensure that the retail banking digital experience meets customer needs and regulatory requirements. The role involves gathering and translating business requirements into functional specifications supporting testing processes and helping implement new digital banking features and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Work closely with internal stakeholders including product managers retail banking teams and IT to gather and document business requirements for internet banking projects.
Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications user stories and use cases.
Analyze existing internet banking systems identify gaps and propose improvements or new features that align with customer needs and business objectives.
Solution Design & Documentation: Collaborate with IT and design teams to define and refine digital banking solutions and ensure that they meet business and customer requirements.
Ensure that system design and implementation are aligned with best practices in banking technology and security.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including requirements specifications user manuals and technical documentation.
Process Improvement & Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve the retail internet banking processes and enhance the customer experience.
Recommend process improvements new tools or changes to current procedures to optimize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
CrossFunctional Collaboration: Act as the liaison between business users product owners and technical teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment of objectives.
Collaborate with testing teams to ensure quality assurance standards are met during system development and implementation.
Provide support during the user acceptance testing (UAT) phase to ensure that solutions meet business needs.
Project Management Support: Assist in the management of retail banking projects by tracking progress managing timelines and ensuring that deliverables are met.
Support the coordination of project resources tasks and milestones to ensure successful project execution.
Regulatory & Compliance Adherence: Ensure that all internet banking features and enhancements comply with regulatory requirements data privacy laws and internal security policies.
Stay updated with banking regulations and technology trends impacting retail banking and internet banking solutions.
Reporting & Analysis: Create and deliver reports on the performance of retail internet banking services including metrics such as customer engagement transaction volume and system uptime.
Use analytics to identify issues or areas for improvement and assist in decisionmaking processes related to digital banking services.

Pay: QAR10000.00 QAR15000.00 per month
