About the Job
We are looking for a qualified Software sales specialist who has experience in website sales and technical background to help us build up our business activities. You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Present, promote, and sell our services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Contracting and ability to train the client how to use the systems
- Addresses any issues or delays in the project, as well as clients’ feedback.
- Delivers completed projects to the client on time.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily
- Analyze the market’s potential, track sales, and status reports.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Travel within sales, territory to meet prospects and customers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum(3) years of experience as sales in the field of Software and websites.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Solid technical background with understanding and hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
- Contracting and ability to train the client on how to use the systems.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Work indoor & outdoor.
- Willingness to travel.
