- Control of front desk tidiness and availability of all necessary stationery and material including pens٫ forms and informative leaflets
- Ensuring timely and accurate customer service
- Scheduling shifts and supervising frontoffice personnel including receptionists٫ security guards and call center agents
- Training and supporting office staff
- Handling complaints and specific customers requests
- Monitoring stock and order office supplies and troubleshooting emergencies
- Managing mail distribution
- Organizing office budget
- Managing records of office expenses and costs
- Overseeing the compliance with companys policies and security requirements
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in customer service and office management
- Proficiency in MS Office and English (oral and written)
- Strong communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills
