About the Job

• Installing, Configuring and Administering Microsoft windows 10, Windows Server /2012/2016 2019.
• Installing, Configuring and Administering Linux Systems (Ubuntu).
• Installing, configure, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve problems with Active Directory and file server.
• Installing, Configuring and Administering Microsoft office and Microsoft office 365.
• Solving Printing Problems on the Network.
• Providing Support for all users (head office and stores).
• Installing, Configuring and Administering ESXI VMware and Hyper-V.
• Installing, Configuring and Administering FortiGate and Sophos Firewall.

Job Requirements

• Good Knowledge in Network and surveillance.
• Good knowledge of Computer Hardware and software
• Microsoft Windows operating system, MS office
• Residence: Nasr City, Heliopolis and New Cairo residents are preferred.
• High-level knowledge of PC hardware equipment and utilization (Cameras, printers, scanners, modems, network cards).
• Excellent communication, administrative and documentation skills.
• High Flexibility in Working Hours.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail and effective time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
