Cooler Deployment & Management
- Inventory Management: Understand and maintain records of how many coolers we have in trade in stock and in transit.
- Customer Allocation: Collaborate with the Sales team to determine which customers should receive which type of cooler based on VPO potentiality and WvC.
- Deployment Process: Ensure a flawless process of cooler deployment from the warehouse to trade.
- Replacement/Upgrade Management: Manage cooler replacement and upgrades according to a predefined list based on segmentation.
- Tracking and Reporting: Ensure 100% tracking of cooler placements in trade at the right customer and provide timely reports on cooler productivity and performance.
- Work with the Operations team to ensure the timely maintenance of coolers in trade.
POS Management
- POSM Orders Management: Handle POSM orders from order to delivery to deployment and follow up on closing stocks on a monthly basis.
- Local Asset Production: Manage the production of local assets ensuring premiumness scalability and ROI.
- Work closely with Procurement to ensure attaining the best market price for local production by providing (FY) volumes and technical specifications to award the right suppliers.
Qualifications :
- Experience in Trade Marketing Sales or a related field.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the FMCG industry is a plus.
