The Station Manager will drive business development and account management with a strong focus on freight forwarding. This role will be responsible for growing Elite Co.s presence in the Kuwaiti market by leveraging deep industry knowledge and expertise in freight forwarding supply chain and logistics services. The Station Manager will be instrumental in overseeing client relationships ensuring operational efficiency and expanding the companys footprint in the region all while embodying Elite Co.s core values of Trust Customer Centricity Innovation Action Bias and Excellence.

What Youll Do
Business Development and Sales Leadership
- Develop and manage sales pipelines identifying key opportunities for expansion within the logistics and freight forwarding sector
- Drive new business development using targeted outreach (cold calls emails presentations) to secure new clients and foster longterm relationships.
- Customize solutions to meet client needs and ensure satisfaction
- Proactively meet or exceed revenue goals collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer engagement
Operational Oversight and Financial Management
- Oversee daily operations to ensure alignment with customer demands service quality and Elite Co.s standards
- Drive revenue growth contributing to station profitability through effective business development strategies and financial oversight
- Ensure profitability by negotiating competitive terms for services maintaining a balance between cost optimization and customer service quality
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships ensuring longterm customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Develop customized strategies based on individual client needs ensuring Elite Co.s services are positioned as their goto solution
- Effectively present services to new and existing clients highlighting the value and efficiency Elite Co. offers in supply chain management
Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure that all operations are compliant with local regulations and industry standards while maintaining safety and operational excellence
- Provide regular reports on activities sales performance and market trends to the Country Manager
Education and Certification
- Bachelors degree in Business Logistics Supply Chain Management or a related field
- Masters degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration is a plus
Knowledge and Skills
- Extensive experience in logistics freight forwarding operations and supply chain management
- Proven ability to manage and grow key accounts ensuring longterm customer relationships
- Strong sales acumen with a focus on revenue growth
- Excellent negotiation communication and problemsolving skills with the ability to deliver customized solutions
- Financial acumen including experience with budgeting forecasting and salesrelated P&L management
- Proactive entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on driving growth
- Strong team leadership skills and growth mindset
Experience
- At least 8 years of experience in logistics supply chain management or a related field with 3 years in a business development or managerial role
- Demonstrated success in growing business and achieving sales targets
- Experience working closely with operational teams to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction
