Certification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration equivalent.
Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as - business applications developer or related position.
- Experience working with Zoho CRM and other Zoho solutions.
- Detailed experience with Zoho CRM architecture & APIs.
- Good understanding of Databases & Web development on cloud.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, HTML & CSS.
- Experience in ZOHO desk, ZOHO CRM, ZOHO Marketing & ZOHO creator is a must.
- Hands on Deployment experience.
- Ability to plan data structures and present them effectively prior to implementation
- Experience in customization using Java, Deluge
- Programming skills (Zoho's Deluge language experience is a plus)
- Understanding of sales, marketing, accounting, and HR processes is a must.
- Must be passionate about technology and creating great customer experiences.
- Ability to influence and drive results in a complex technical and business environment, including ability to communicate and influence various internal stakeholders and across functions (such as marketing, sales, services, customer success and finance).
- Ability to contribute consistently and positively in a high-paced, fast-changing, and sometimes unpredictable work environment.
- Articulate verbal communication, professional business writing and presentation skills
