Job Description
Job Summary:
Assist Logistics & Sales Support department to perform the day to day activities. Works with the transporter clearing agent Accounts Team Warehouse Team and other services required for logistic operation. Processes purchase orders cycle of order fulfilment. Responsible for making sure all the required documents submitted to accounts and uploaded in shared folder within the stipulated deadline.
Job Responsibility:
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
- Ensure timely delivery of Materials.
- Communicate with suppliers manufacturers and customers to manage supply chain effectively
- Resolve any issues or delays in the transportation of goods
- Update and maintain inventory records
- Optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
