Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Government Relations Officer to manage the organization s compliance with Saudi Arabian government regulations and procedures. This role requires indepth knowledge of key government portals such as Qiwa Mudad GOSI and other systems used for employee management and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks related to government affairs ensuring seamless processing and adherence to legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage government relations processes including visa applications work permits renewals and other related documentation.
- Coordinate and update records on Qiwa Mudad GOSI and other government platforms for employee management including onboarding transfer and exit formalities.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of government payments and fees including social insurance zakat and other regulatory charges.
- Liaise with government officials to resolve any issues and address compliance requirements.
- Keep uptodate with changes in labor laws and regulations advising management on compliance matters.
- Prepare and submit government reports and maintain documentation for audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Public Administration or related field.
- Knowledge and experience in government relations within Saudi Arabia.
- Proficient knowledge of government portals (Qiwa Mudad GOSI etc.) and compliance processes.
- Strong understanding of Saudi labor laws and regulatory practices.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
