A Software developer with 5 years within the Technology field whose primary function will be designing and implementing business applications using Microsoft Power Platform tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Create wireframes mockups and prototypes to demonstrate the application design.
Develop and implement data models using Microsoft Dataverse to support application requirements.
Build custom applications using Power Apps including canvas apps modeldriven apps and custom pages.
Implement automation workflows using Power Automate to streamline and optimize business processes.
Integrate automation with other Power Platform components and external systems.
Customize and configure Power Platform components and environment to meet specific business needs
Configure and manage security roles groups and permissions within the Power Apps environment.
Implement auditing mechanisms within the Power Platform environment to track changes access and usage.
Knowledge Skills and Experience
Indepth understanding of Power Apps Power Automate and Power BI.
Strong knowledge of data modeling relationships and data management within Dataverse
Understanding of Dataverse security models and rolebased access controls
Understanding of software development principles including coding standards and version control.
Proficient in developing custom applications using Power Apps including both canvas and modeldriven apps.
Ability to build complex forms screens and user interfaces in Power Apps
Skilled in creating and optimizing automation workflows with Power Automate including integrating with various connectors and services.
Ability to configure and manage security groups roles and permissions within the Power Platform.
Skilled in setting up and managing audit trails to monitor application usage and data access.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with stakeholders gather requirements and provide updates.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology Software Engineering or a related field
35 Years of Experience in developing applications and solutions using Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps Power Automate and Power BI
2 Years of Experience working with Microsoft Dataverse including designing and implementing data models and managing data within the platform
2 Years of Experience in automating business processes using Power Automate including complex workflows and integrations
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (Desirable)
