Whats On Your Plate
Conduct business reviews with accounts and identify business opportunities and business relationships which result in the achievement of increased revenue profitability and market share.
Maintain continuous business relationships with clients/ Vendors.
Provide excellent service and support in order to build strong relationships and resolve operational issues between Vendor and company.
Make sure that the vendors menu is up to date at all times with regular menu updates and top selling items available.
Monitor and ensure price and assortment parity
Optimize the Vendor Operations and Reliability (coverage area delivery time prep time etc).
Discuss with the store the option to invest in instore branding by demonstrating its potential to enhance customer acquisition and increase brand recognition.
Generating food coupons promotions and vouchers from existing Vendors.
Coordinate with the Vendor if the Vendor is live or active on the Talabat website checking and resolving the reason such as shutting down or stopping delivery.
Forecast and procure the right deals and vendors for NCR
Maintain accurate records of all NCR and prospecting activities including:
Sales calls
Closed sales
Followup activities
Sales expense report
What Did We Order
Bachelors degree in any discipline
Previous experience in FMCG Ecommerce and retail companies is preferred
From 3 to 5 years of experience holding the same title or relevant
Able to analyze data and sales statistics and curate a solution
Excellent Communication & Negotiation skills
