This is a remote position.
1 Brand Development
1.1 Develop and implement a unique and cohesive brand identity for VentureX and overall visual style.
1.2 Design the company profile presentations and branded materials that communicate the essence of VentureX.
2 Creative Leadership
2.1 Lead all creative efforts for the company from concept to execution across print digital and multimedia platforms.
2.2 Collaborate with the marketing PR and events teams to align creative outputs with strategic goals.
2.3 Provide creative direction for promotional campaigns ensuring all visuals are impactful and aligned with the brand identity.
3 Design and Production
3.1 Create highquality designs for print digital and social media platforms.
3.2 Produce and edit engaging video content for events campaigns and social media.
3.3 Oversee the design of materials for events such as summits forums and workshops.
4 Team Collaboration
4.1 Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistency and quality across all visual assets.
4.2 Manage external creative vendors and freelancers as needed.
5 Innovation and Trend Awareness
5.1 Stay updated on design trends tools and technologies to keep VentureX s visuals cuttingedge.
5.2 Continuously improve creative workflows and processes for efficiency and innovation.
Requirements
Years of Exp 35 Years
Bachelor s degree in graphic design visual communication fine arts or a related field.
Preferred industry Innovation and Technology Management Consultancy Investment Management
3 years of senior graphic designer or similar role.
Proven track record in developing brand identities and leading creative projects.
Years of Exp 3-5 Years Qualification Bachelor s degree in graphic design, visual communication, fine arts or a related field. Gender Any Preferred industry Innovation and Technology Management, Consultancy, Investment Management Specifc Skills 3+ years of experience as an art director, senior graphic designer, or similar role. Proven track record in developing brand identities and leading creative projects.
