Role Summary
Accountable for improving the logistics performance of all areas across the country. Taking ownership of various service levels by measuring compliance finding performance gaps and executing a plan to fill performancerelated gaps.
Whats On Your Plate
- Reporting and monitoring of KPIs and performance SLAs
- Identify and solve logistics performancerelated problems by analysing and deriving insights from large complex sets of data
- Conduct indepth data analysis to uncover trends issues and areas for improvement.
- Assist with accurate rider staffing based on historical data seasonal trends and anticipated demand.
- Strong data sensitivity logical thinking and curiosity for new things; capable of identifying business value from large amounts of data with excellent analytical and summarization skills as well as the ability to present data effectively and articulate viewpoints.
- Work alongside country sales and marketing teams on actions and activities to drive performance forward for own delivery
- Optimize country logistics processes and improve the delivery experience for the customer
- Provide weekly updates to country management on projects and performance progress.
Qualifications :
What Did We Order
- Bachelors Degree.
- 35 years of experience in the food/grocery tech industry is highly preferred
- Extensive experience in SQL Data Analytics tools like Tableau looker etc
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent stakeholder management skills: Experience in dealing with crosscultural team members and crossfunctional teams.
- Ability to analyze data and derive insights from comprehensive data reports
- Ability to deal with ambiguity work under pressure and handle stress
- An individual contributor who can work in a fastpaced environment with a makeithappen attitude.
