Assist HR Manager in developing HR strategies in managing various HR functions including employee relations performance management and compliance.
Role involves collaborating with managers ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering a productive and supportive work environment.
Developing and managing HR policies and procedures.
Ensure HR policies align with local labor laws and regulations.
Maintain updated knowledge of Saudi labor laws particularly for the construction and EPC sector.
Monitor and coordinate all matters related to work permits and visas
Implementing comprehensive training and development programs for employees.
Managing the job evaluation system and motivating performance.
Working to improve the work environment and enhance the companys culture.
Supervising payroll and benefits operations to ensure compliance
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in business administration or equivalent from a recognized/ reputed University.
Diploma in Human Resources Management preferred.
8 10 years of experience in HR management preferably in large industrial or commercial companies and minimum 12 years as Assistant Human Resources Manager role.
Indepth knowledge of Saudi labor laws and compliance regulations
Excellent leadership skills and communication skills.
Experience in policy development and performance management.
