Job Title: Digital Transformation Specialist
Location: Amman Jordan
Employment Type: Fulltime

Company Overview:
Recode World is a forwardthinking company dedicated to innovation and efficiency. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to lead our digital transformation initiatives and play a pivotal role in the development of our social ecommerce platform and internal process automation.

Job Summary:
The Digital Transformation Specialist will oversee the development of our social ecommerce platform and lead the automation of business processes using Zoho One. This role requires a blend of project management technical knowledge in UI/UX and architecture and the ability to create and implement sprints and SOPs for process digitization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Social ECommerce Platform Development:

    • Develop and maintain a project roadmap for the platform.
    • Collaborate with UI/UX designers developers and other stakeholders to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
    • Conduct research to recommend the most suitable system architecture and technologies.
    • Establish and manage sprints ensuring project milestones are met on schedule.
  2. Business Process Automation:

    • Analyze current business processes and identify areas for automation.
    • Develop and document SOPs to streamline workflows using Zoho One applications.
    • Implement automation strategies by coordinating with various teams and configuring Zoho apps.
    • Monitor and optimize automated processes for efficiency and accuracy.
  3. Collaboration and Communication:

    • Work crossfunctionally with internal teams to gather requirements and provide training for new systems.
    • Ensure clear communication of project status challenges and solutions to stakeholders.
    • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.



Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management and process automation.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and familiarity with platform architecture.
  • Handson experience with tools like Zoho One or similar platforms.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to document processes create roadmaps and lead sprints.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of ecommerce trends and best practices.
  • Experience in developing digital transformation strategies.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
