First impressions are everything! As a Reception Agent you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.

Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and cash handling which includes currency exchange and balancing a float.

Performs any and all other tasks assigned by management.

Upholds the highest standard of internal and external customer service at all times.

Qualifications :
A Minimum one year experience.
Good command in English.
Ability to work in different shifts.
Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset.
Prior Front Desk or related Hotel Experience.
Prior experience working with Opera or a related system.
