Position: Chief Medical Officer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Chief Medical Officer to join our Client in Tripoli Libya. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry in Libya. The Chief Medical Officer will be responsible for overseeing all medical operations and ensuring the delivery of highquality care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for all medical operations within the organization.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of highquality healthcare services
- Collaborate with other members of the executive team to develop and implement business strategies.
- Manage and mentor a team of medical professionals including physicians nurses and other healthcare staff
- Oversee the recruitment training and performance evaluation of medical staff
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws regulations and standards in the healthcare industry
- onitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including government agencies healthcare providers and insurance companies.
- Participate in the development and management of the organizations budget
- Keep uptodate with advancements in the healthcare industry and implement best practices to enhance the organizations services
- Act as a spokesperson for the organization and represent us at conferences meetings and other events
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from an accredited medical school
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare management with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry in Libya including regulations and standards
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing and developing a team
- Ability to make sound decisions in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Contract Details:
The Chief Medical Officer will report directly to the CEO and will be based in Tripoli Libya. Salary and benefits will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
