Role Description:
This is a fulltime onsite role for a Customer Service Representative at RAYA CXs location in Syndicate of Applicators tower Abasia CairoThe Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing customer service technical support and global services to clients across various industries on a daytoday basis.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Representatives Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Customer Service and Customer Experience abilities
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
- Experience in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a bonus
