On behalf of our client we are looking for a Receptionist to join their company.
Job Summary:
The Receptionist at our healthcare services company will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors managing appointments with doctors and handling inquiries. The role requires excellent communication skills attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment. The Receptionist will also assist with administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations.
Job Description:
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Schedule appointments with doctors and manage appointment calendars.
- Answer patient inquiries both in person and over the phone.
- Maintain an organized reception area.
- Handle patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Assist with general administrative duties including filing and office management.
- Ensure the clinic runs efficiently by coordinating with other staff members.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure patient satisfaction.
Requirements
- High School or equivalent
- Experience in same field
- Proficiency in English Language
