Reporting and Support
- Provide FP&A finance support related to planning reporting and metrics in a timely manner.
- Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions.
- Partner directly with the finance team and central FP&A groups to collaborate on metrics goals and business reviews.
- Dive deeply into financial data and become a subject matter expert to provide additional insights.
- Work on corporate projects and initiatives that impact the entire organization.
- Create presentations that provide insightful analysis identify required action items and effectively frame decisions to be made.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and crossfunctional teams at all levels of the organization.
- Support in regional submissions.
Data Management
Record financial transactions and data accurately in the designated systems.
Upload budgets and forecasts to financial planning systems.
Prepare review and input reclassification templates for financial adjustments.
System Maintenance
Ensure all financial data uploads comply with internal standards and deadlines.
Monitor system inputs for errors and correct discrepancies promptly.
Support the maintenance of financial databases to ensure data integrity.
Process Accuracy
Perform regular checks to verify the accuracy and completeness of uploaded data.
Ensure reclassification templates align with accounting and reporting standards.
Maintain organized records of data submissions and approvals.
Assist with ad hoc tasks as requested by the financial planning team.
Requirements
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in data entry preferably in a financial or administrative setting.
Proficiency in financial software systems (e.g. SAP or equivalent).
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g. formulas pivot tables).
