Requiramnts:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect organize analyze and disseminate large amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in financial modeling Power BI Microsoft Excel and financial analysis software; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
1. **Financial Analysis:**
Conduct indepth financial analysis to evaluate company performance trends and projections.
Analyze financial data and create detailed reports for management.
Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
2. **Forecasting and Budgeting:**
Develop financial models and forecasts to predict future performance.
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial plans.
Monitor budget variances and provide insights and recommendations.
3. **Reporting:**
Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports.
Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information.
4. **Strategic Planning:**
Participate in strategic planning initiatives and provide financial insights.
Support business development and strategic decisionmaking processes.
Analyze potential investment opportunities and provide recommendations.
5. **Cost Analysis:**
Perform cost analysis and identify costsaving opportunities.
Evaluate and monitor the financial impact of business decisions and initiatives.
Develop and implement cost control measures.
6. **Collaboration:**
Work closely with other departments such as accounting operations and sales to gather financial data and insights.
Provide financial guidance and support to departmental managers.
Foster a collaborative environment to drive financial performance.
7. **Continuous Improvement:**
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
Continuously improve financial processes and reporting systems.
Implement new tools and technologies to enhance financial analysis and reporting capabilities.
