We are looking for someone with experience in ERP like SAP or DMS (Dealer Management System) or purely software support.
- Software Support and implementation Experience in ERPs like SAP DMS or other ERPs
- Experience in front end technologies like C#.Net or ASP.net
- Experience in Crystal Reports
- Experience in backend technologies like SQL Server Oracle
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support and issue resolution related to the DMS application used in automotive dealerships.
- Collaborate with dealership personnel to understand their requirements troubleshoot system issues and provide effective solutions.
- Conduct system analysis and diagnosis to identify root causes of technical issues and implement appropriate resolutions.
- Assist in the configuration customization and integration of the DMS application to align with dealership processes and workflows.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including developers business analysts and system administrators to implement system enhancements and upgrades.
- Provide training and guidance to dealership staff on using the DMS application effectively and efficiently.
- Monitor system performance identify potential bottlenecks and implement proactive measures to optimize system efficiency.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and emerging technologies in the automotive DMS space and make recommendations for system improvements.
- Ensure compliance with security and data privacy policies and regulations related to the DMS application.
- Participate in testing activities including system integration testing and user acceptance testing to ensure successful deployment of system changes and upgrades.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in computer science information technology or a related field.
- Proven experience (2 years) as a DMS Application Support Specialist in the automotive industry.
- Indepth knowledge and understanding of dealer management systems preferably with experience in supporting specific DMS platforms used in the automotive industry (e.g. TITAN DMS).
- Familiarity with automotive dealership processes and workflows including sales finance inventory management and service operations.
- Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality results.
- Previous experience in automotive dealership operations or working closely with dealership personnel is highly desirable.
