الوصف الوظيفي
- Oversee and manage the development strategy and process.
- Manage the complete development process for a portfolio of mixed use projects.
- Oversee all development activities for the respective project(s) in the country.
- Guide and assist the relevant (in house and consulting) project managers.
- Execute strategy by establishing commercially viable options and securing multiple stakeholder buyin.
Requirements:
- 9 years of relevant experience in a multinational Real Estate company
- 5 years of experience at a senior capacity
- Full Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations and the Economics of the country
- Experience in working in multicultural environments.
- Experience of Project management.
