الوصف الوظيفي
- Responsible for managing regulatory and legal aspects of exchange and posttrade operations focusing on derivatives and clearing.
- Candidate will support the company in launching and developing the derivatives exchange and a Central Clearing Counterparty.
- Manage work with regulators maintain rule books draft contracts and provide legal advice.
- Support product and market development initiatives and other Departmentrelated tasks.
Location: Qatar
Responsibilities:
Legal Professional Requirements:
- Qualified lawyer with law degree (Masters/Ph.D. preferred).
- At least ten years of legal and regulatory experience.
- Knowledge of financial services sector especially exchanges and derivatives.
- Experience in liaising with regulators.
