Job description
We are looking for an experienced lawyer (10+PQE) for an in-house policy and legislation role in Dubai.You will be drafting legislation and guidance, participating in meetings of the legislative committee and supporting the wider organisation on any legal and legislative issues that arise.To be considered for this role you must have:• Minimum 10 Years PQE (common law qualified) within a legal or policy department of a F.S regulator or law firm.• Experience of analysing and advising on financial services laws and rules• Strong and proven experience in drafting skillset on financial services legislation drafting laws and rules
