- Design and implement the corporate business performance process of PHCC.
- Research and keep abreast of trends in the external and internal environment that present risks and opportunities for PHCC s business performance.
- Provide expertise and support to the corporate performance process both at a strategic and operational level including performance measure selection and reporting.
- Develop business analysis capacity and capability within PHCC.
- Develop in consultation with Departments performance measures that enable senior management to monitor the achievement of PHCC s objectives and strategies and support decisionmaking.
- Plan coordinate communicate and monitor the implementation of performance procedures for the department.
- Conduct reviews of specific process and practices where problems and/or inefficiencies are identified and recommend alternatives to achieve PHCC s outcomes and targets.

- Bachelor s degree in business administration
Experience and Knowledge Requirement
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Health Sector
- Strong understanding of performance management & measurement and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing performance management reports.
- Proven track record of driving performance improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry.
- Experience in data analysis reporting and visualization tools (Excel MS PowerPoint Power BI Tableau).
