About the Role

We are seeking a motivated resultsoriented Business Development and Client Services Manager to lead our business operations drive client acquisition and manage key accounts. This dualfocused role combines the responsibilities of growing the company s client base through proactive business development with ensuring exceptional service delivery and satisfaction for existing clients.

The ideal candidate will combine expertise in tendering procurement business development and account management with critical thinking and leadership skills to represent the company professionally and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
    • Develop and implement strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
    • Prepare and manage tender submissions ensuring compliance and competitiveness.
    • Lead procurement activities maintaining supplier relationships and securing favorable terms.
  2. Client Services and Account Management:
    • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts resolving issues and fostering longterm partnerships.
    • Collaborate with clients to develop tailored solutions that drive value.
    • Monitor and enhance client satisfaction levels to ensure high retention rates.
  3. Strategic Leadership and Representation:
    • Represent the company at industry events client meetings and networking opportunities.
    • Contribute to the development of company policies processes and strategies.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine business and client service approaches.
  4. ProblemSolving and Innovation:
    • Identify challenges proactively and implement innovative solutions.
    • Foster a collaborative highperformance work culture focused on excellence and results.




Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Procurement or a related field.

Experience: 2 3 years of experience in business development tendering procurement or client services management.

Skills:

Strong understanding of tendering and procurement processes.

Proven success in business development and client retention.

Exceptional negotiation communication and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.

Strong leadership skills to represent the company effectively.
